Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time for a contactless collection.
Prepare the Item
Ensure your items are clean and ready for transport; while original packaging is preferred, it is not required for our team to collect the goods.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
